A. Yes, Patong Tower is on the front line and is approx 90 meters from the beach, 90% of businesses, hotels and apartments in Patong advertise their businesses as being on Patong Beach but in reality there is only 10% that can say they are on the frontline, the others are 2 or 3 roads back

Q. Do I need to hire a motorbike or carto get around?
A.Patong Tower is on the Beach Road and is in the best location in Patong within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping

Q. If I hire a motorbike or a car can I easily find a parking space by the condo?
A. There is indoor and outdoor secure parking for motorbike and cars

Q. Are there other good beaches?
A. Patong beach is 3 kilometers long and is very popular; there are other tropical beaches within a few kilometers, Kata beach, Caron Beach, Camala Beach

Q. Is there a local Bus serviceto other towns and beaches?
A. There are buses that go to Phuket Town every 15 minutes, cost is 25 baht, one way, from Phuket town there are buses that go to all parts of Thailand, e.g. Phuket to Bangkok from 650 baht

Q. If I rent long term can I shop for foodother than Thai food?
A. There are big supermarkets, at Patong there is a lrge modern shopping complex called ‘Jung Ceylon’ and further at Phuket town there other supermarkets such as Carrefour, Tesco Lotus, Big C, Central, Makro, they sell all sorts of food including international food

Q. I will need to send emailsand use the internet?
A. There is FREE internetin the reception area and most apartments have an ADSL line, if you require a High Speed Internet line then there is an additional charge of 1,200 baht per month

Q. When is the busy period?
A. High Season in Thailand is from November to April with a peak season from December 20th to February 14, at this time the climate is very good and the best time for beach lovers

Q. How far is Patong from the airport?
A.The airport is approximately one hour’s drive from Patong, There are modern taxies and minibuses at the airport waiting to transport you to Patong, The cost for a minibus is around 200 baht and he will bring you right to Patong Tower, just tell the driver where you want to go and no problem

Q. Apartment contents, what is included in the Patong Tower apartment?
A. The condos are fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing holiday
Two sets of bedding, sheets etc and 4 towels are included, if you want to cook then the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery etc.

Q. Do you rent Studio apartments or rooms?
A.We do not rent studios rooms or hotel room, we rent deluxe 4 room, 60/70 sq. meter apartments with full size kitchens, lounge, one bedroom, bathroom, hallway and balcony

Q.Passport,what if I need to extend my Visa?
A.There is an Immigration office close to Patong Tower where you can ask any question regarding passports and Visas

Q.Tv & Dvd’scable or satellite?
A.Every condo has cable TV, surround sound and a DVD player, the cable TV has over 80 channels form all parts of the world and in many different languages, the local shops sell DVD’s and CD’s of up to date films and music at discount prices

Q.How oldis the apartment block?
A.Patong Tower is a modern 32 floor condominium built in the last 15 years, there is modern rapid lifts to all floors

Q.Is there a reception?
A.Patong Tower has a 24 hour reception and 24 hour security

Q.Apartment Cleaning?
A.Apartment cleaning is available at 400 baht per clean
Q.Laundry?
A.There is a laundry service on site and the charges are reasonable, most condos have an automatic washing machine

Q.Are the restaurantsnearby?
A.There are every type of restaurants from Thai food to Italian to Mexican within a 2 minuets walk

Q.How safeis it to walk the streets by night?
A.The crime rate here in Phuket is very low, be sensible at all times and you will never have a problem

Q.Can I rent a safe boxsomewhere?
A.Every condo has a safe box fitted
